Services and Fees

Our pricing is very transparent and straightforward.  One affordable monthly fee, and NO OTHER BILLS!  No more copays and no more wondering what you are going to be billed after you leave the office.

ADULTS:  $100 per month

​

CHILDREN (under 18): $75 per month

  *newborn without family $100 per month

​

FAMILIES (2 adults + 2 children):  $300 per month

                     *each additional child is $50 per month

​

In order to avoid having to charge a registration fee, we require that the first 3 months be paid in advance.

Being part of The Art of Medicine practice includes all of the following services:

  • Physical exams

  • Well child checks

  • Prenatal care

  • Sick visits

  • Management of hypertension, diabetes, asthma and many other common chronic conditions

  • Gynecologic care including pap smears

  • Visual skin check

  • Extended and relaxed visits lasting 30 or 60 minutes when needed

  • Same day or next business day appointments for urgent needs

  • Access to your own physician when you have an urgent question or concern

  • Treatment over the phone when medically appropriate

  • Secure electronic communication with your physician

  • Access to reduced lab pricing (often less than 1/10th of the cost at insurance based practices)

The following services are available for an additional fee to cover cost of supplies:

  • Mole removal

  • Abscess incision and drainage

  • Skin tag removal

  • Cryotherapy

  • Laceration repair

  • IUD placement/removal

  • Endometrial biopsy

  • Joint injections (shoulder, knee, and trochanteric bursa)
